Authority: Executive order issued by the President under constitutional and legal authority.
Continuation of Advisory Committees: The following advisory committees are continued until September 30, 2027:
- Committee for the Preservation of the White House
- President’s Commission on White House Fellowships
- President’s National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee
- National Industrial Security Program Policy Advisory Committee
- Trade and Environment Policy Advisory Committee
- Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS
- President’s Committee for People with Intellectual Disabilities
- Advisory Board on Radiation and Worker Health
- President’s Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition
- Interagency Task Force on Veterans Small Business Development
- State, Local, Tribal, and Private Sector (SLTPS) Policy Advisory Committee
- Bears Ears National Monument Advisory Committee
- Gold Butte National Monument Advisory Committee
- AviKwaAme National Monument Advisory Committee
- Baaj Nwaavjo I’tah Kukveni-Ancestral Footprints of the Grand Canyon National Monument Advisory Committee
- Religious Liberty Commission
- Chuckwalla National Monument Advisory Committee

Functions: The head of the designated department or agency will perform the functions related to these committees in accordance with established regulations and guidelines.
Supersession: Sections 1 and 2 of Executive Order 14109 from September 29, 2023, are superseded by this order.
Effectiveness: The order will be effective from September 30, 2025.
Clarifications:
- The order does not limit the legal authority of any executive department or agency.
- Implementation is subject to applicable law and appropriations.
- The order does not create enforceable rights or benefits against the United States or its entities.
