  • 15 Days Post-Order: The Archivist must report average publication times for various documents to the Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
  • 45 Days Post-Order: A review of publication fee schedules must be conducted to ensure costs reflect actual publication expenses and any efficiencies gained. A report comparing new and prior fee schedules must be submitted to the Director of OMB.
  • By August 22, 2025: A second report detailing average publication times for specific document categories must be submitted to the Director of OMB.
