Immediate Declassification of Materials Related to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Crossfire Hurricane Investigation

Subject: Immediate declassification of materials related to the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation.

Authority: Action taken under the authority of the President of the United States.

Declassification Decision:

• All materials mentioned in the Presidential Memorandum from January 19, 2021 are deemed no longer classified.
• Materials proposed for redaction by the FBI on January 17, 2021, will remain classified.

Exclusions:

• Declassification does not pertain to materials requiring protection under Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court orders.
• Personally identifiable information and other legally protected materials are excluded from disclosure.

Public Access:

• The Attorney General is instructed to make the declassified materials available to the public immediately, subject to the stated exceptions.
