    • Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs
    • Various Deputy Chiefs of Staff
    • Director of the FBI
    • Heads of other agencies as designated by the Chair or Vice Chair.
  • Functions of the Task Force:

    • Coordinate with agencies for the planning, organization, and execution of events surrounding the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 and the FIFA World Cup 2026.
    • Agencies need to assist and provide necessary information.
  • Administrative Support:

    • Task Force will be housed in the Department of Homeland Security for funding and administrative help.
  • Reporting:

    • Agencies involved must report their planning activities to the Task Force by June 1, 2025.
  • Termination:

    • Task Force will end on December 31, 2026, unless extended by the President.
  • This order does not impair the authority of executive departments or agencies.
  • Implementation is subject to applicable laws and appropriation availability.
  • The order does not create enforceable rights against the U.S. or its entities.
