Amendments to Executive Order 14193

  • Previous Amendments:

    • Amended by Executive Order 14197 as of February 3, 2025.
  • Revised Section 2(h):

    • Duty-free de minimis treatment available for certain eligible covered articles.
    • Treatment will cease upon notification from the Secretary of Commerce confirming systems for processing tariff revenue are in place.
