Amendments to Executive Order 14193
Previous Amendments:
- Amended by Executive Order 14197 as of February 3, 2025.
Revised Section 2(h):
- Duty-free de minimis treatment available for certain eligible covered articles.
- Treatment will cease upon notification from the Secretary of Commerce confirming systems for processing tariff revenue are in place.

- Maintains functions of the Office of Management and Budget regarding budgetary and legislative proposals.
